- Call us for the Dentist Information Pack
- Fill in the contact us form or fill in the partnering practice Application Form and post to 6/31 Springfield Lakes Blvd, Springfield Lakes QLD 4300
- To make your selection easier, please refer to the Marketing Essentials
2. The software
- Once we verify your practice and provider number
- We will contact you and or visit your practice
3. The support
- We will send you Patient Brochures and provide you with your selected Marketing Essentials to promote your membership
- We can help train your staff on how to use the DMA software (it really is very simple)
- We can help train your staff to promote your practice membership
4. The patients
- Begin signing patients up for the Care Plan and Treatment Membership Plans
